Ways 2 Wellness
Summary
I helped Ways 2 Wellness refresh its brand, clarify its message, and create a more cohesive visual identity across its products, marketing, and sales materials.
Vision
The goal was to create a brand that felt professional, compassionate, and engaging while clearly communicating the purpose behind the products.
Rather than presenting the activity books as simple entertainment, we worked to position them as meaningful tools that support connection, cognitive wellness, and a more positive experience for older adults, caregivers, and the organizations that serve them.
My Role
As the company’s creative director and designer, I have helped shape both the visual identity and the way the organization presents its work.
My role has included:
Brand development and visual consistency
Messaging and positioning
Product and publication design
Sales presentations and marketing materials
Website and digital media
Campaign concepts and custom client materials
Creative direction for photography, illustration, and supporting imagery
Creative Direction
The original publications were text-heavy and often difficult to absorb at a glance. I helped redefine the design system around clearer layouts, concise messaging, and icon-based communication.
By relying less on dense copy and more on visual storytelling, the materials became easier to navigate, quicker to understand, and better able to communicate each partner’s story without overwhelming the audience.
The Work
Impact
The refreshed creative direction has given Ways 2 Wellness a clearer and more consistent presence across its products and marketing.
The company now has:
Stronger brand consistency
Clearer messaging and positioning
More professional sales and presentation materials
A flexible design system that supports custom client work
A clearer connection between its products and its larger mission
The result is a brand that better reflects the quality and care behind the organization while helping potential clients more quickly understand what Ways 2 Wellness offers and why it matters.
Reflection
My work with Ways 2 Wellness has grown far beyond designing individual pages or publications. It has become an ongoing creative partnership focused on helping the company understand how its products, message, and visual identity work together.
The project reflects what I value most about creative direction: recognizing what is already meaningful within an organization and creating the clarity and structure needed for others to see it.
